Elder Scrolls Online's Summerset chapter not only provides you access to the gorgeous homeland of the High Elves, but also to the fabled magical land of Artaeum. Home to the solitary Psijic Order, whose time-bending abilities is seen throughout the storyline.
Now, after seeing the Psijic Order in action, you might just want to learn their time-warping skills for yourself. But to do that, you'd have to get your hands dirty. Here, we give you a full rundown of all the locations in the Iliac Bay region.

Stormhaven Time Breach Locations
Time Breach Location 1
The first time breach in Stormhaven can be found in the lower western tip of the map, close to Koeglin Lighthouse. You will find the time breach inside the hull of a half-sunken ship further into the lone isle. Beware, as this is also a camp of hostile Ember-Eye cultists.
The closest wayshrine is the Koeglin Village Wayshrine.
Time Breach Location 2
The second time breach location in Stormhaven is found very close to Cumberland Falls, further east on the map. You will need to go around to get to the top of the waterfall, which is where the time breach is located. Beware, as this is a hostile camp of Supernal Dreamers.
The closest wayshrine to this time breach is Wind Keep Wayshrine.
Time Breach Location 3
The final time breach location in Stormhaven is not far from the second time breach. It is situated near Moonlit Maw cave in the northern section of the map. Again, watch out for Supernal Dreamers and scamps.
The closest wayshrine to this time breach is the Pariah Abbey Wayshrine.
Glenumbra Time Breach Locations
Time Breach Location 1
The first time breach in Glenumbra is located in the lower southeastern portion of the map. You will find the time breach north of Daenia Dolmen and south of Deleyn's Mill.
The closest wayshrine to this time breach is Baelborne Rock Wayshrine.
Time Breach Location 2
The second time breach location in Glenumbra can be found at the Beldama Wyrd Tree. Simply head into the wooded area until you see the massive tree at the center. Circle around the tree, and you will find the time breach. Beware of the hostile creatures around the area.
The closest wayshrine to this time breach is either the Farwatch Wayshrine or the Wyrd Tree Wayshrine.
Time Breach Location 3
The final time breach can be found between Cath Bedraud and the Burial Mounds. This time breach is located further north on the map, where you must climb to the top of a hill beside a crypt. Keep in mind that this area is filled with zombies and hostile Bloodthorn Ravagers.
The closest wayshrine is the Crosswych Wayshrine.
Alik'r Desert Time Breach Locations
Time Breach Location 1
The first time breach location in Alik'r Desert can be found in the center of the map. It is situated close to the Easterly Aerie and can be found at the base of a rocky hill.
The closest wayshrine is the Kulati Mines Wayshrine.
Time Breach Location 2
The second time breach in Alik'r Desert can be found in the Salas En Ruins. Climb up to the top of a rocky hill, where you will find the time breach near the edge.
The closest wayshrine to this time breach is the Morwha's Bounty Wayshrine.
Time Breach Location 3
For the final time breach in Alik'r Desert, head to the lower eastern section of the map. You will find the time breach between Ragnthar and Hoonding's Watch. The time breach is very visible, floating above a barren stretch of sandy plains.
The closest wayshrine is the Hoonding's Watch Wayshrine.
