In The Elder Scrolls Online, there are numerous ways to level up and improve your characters. Skill points are essential to unlocking new active and passive skills in the various skill lines in the game. While there are several ways to gain skill points, such as through main quests, finding Skyshards is another recurring way to do so.
Skyshards, also called Shards of Aetherius, appear all over Tamriel and even in the Planes of Oblivion. Finding three Skyshards rewards you with an additional skill point. In The Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom chapter, 18 more Skyshards can be found.
All Skyshards In Telvanni Peninsula
There are seven total Skyshards in the Telvanni Peninsula zone. Four of the Skyshards can be found while exploring the overworld. The Telvanni Peninsula also has two Delves and one Public Dungeon, which each contains a Skyshard.

All Skyshards In Apocrypha
There are 11 total Skyshards in the Apocrypha zone. While exploring Hermaeus Mora’s Daedric Realm, you can find six Skyshards in the overworld. Apocrypha has four Delves and one Public Dungeon, which each has a Skyshard.

While it may take a bit of time, absorbing the energy from all Skyshards available across the Telvanni Peninsula and Apocrypha will give you at least five skill points.
Collecting all the Skyshards across the two zones will earn you the Necrom Skyshard Hunter achievement.
