Quick Links

Riders Republic has a ton of collectibles strewn throughout its map. The most interesting of all of these are the Relics. Relics can be found throughout the map and turn into Funkies when found. Funkies are essentially silly versions of the main sports, such as using a surfboard as a snowboard, a pizza delivery bike as a bike, and a plane engine as a glider.

To be completely honest, they're not the best vehicles to use in Riders Republic and are actively worse than most of what you'll want to use. However, they are pretty funny to use around the map and show off to other riders. If you're looking to collect all the Relics, read on to find out how.

Updated July 22, 2023, by Sean Murray: Looking for Relics in Riders Republic? We got you covered. We've also refreshed this guide with a few pointers and improved formatting to make finding those Relics that much easier.

How To Find Relics In Riders Republic

Funkies

Finding Relics is as simple as spotting the yellow question mark icon on the map and following it until you reach the relic itself. You'll know you're in the right place as you'll see the icon turn into a purple treasure chest.

A man will also be sitting near the Relic playing the guitar, which is another hint you've found what you're looking for.

Relics are much easier to find if you've uncovered the area, as you'll be able to see where the yellow icon is. Flying too high will keep the area uncovered, so fly close to the ground if you've not explored the area before.

Although you don't get a trophy for finding all the Relics, you do get a star per one you find, so doing this is an easy 11 ranks to go up, alongside getting some cool collectibles.

Plane Engine

PlaneEngine

This Relic is noted as "Fallen Plane" and can be found in a lake near Yosemite, Cloud Rest. This is arguably one of the harder Relics to find as you'll need to do a tiny bit of exploring. When in this area, go down towards the lake to find a crashed plane. Use the detached wing to walk across to the end and pick up the Relic itself.

As you can guess, the Relic itself is a plane engine that you use as a rocket.

Cardboard Plane

CardboardPlane

This Relic is called "Dead Forest" and can be found in Sequoia, General Highway. On the mountainside, you'll see a small shack sticking out. Go to this shack to find the Cardboard Plane, which is unique in that it lets you slow down in midair like a glider.

By unique, we of course mean much, much worse.

Wood Ski Blades

WoodenSkis

This Relic is called "Mammoth Summit" and can be found in Mammoth, Santiago Bowl. This will likely be one of the first you find in the game since it's close to where all the first events are. You're essentially just using sticks for ski poles, so have fun with that one.

Old School Skis

Oldschoolskis

The Old School Skis are a relic found near "Teepee Pillar" and can be found in Grand Teton. You'll find these tucked away on the side of a small mountain area. As the name implies, they're just an old school pair of skis.

Surfboard

Surfboard

Okay, now we're seeing some cool relics. The Relic, marked as "North of Teton" when you find it, can be found in Grand Teton, Petersen Glacier. It's an old surfboard that's stuck in the snow, but it gives us some hope that maybe we'll see the sport added at a later date.

Pizza Delivery Bike

PizzaDelivery

This Pizza Delivery Bike relic can be found in Mammoth, Canyon Lodge, where it's called "Canyon Lodge". As the name implies, it's a pretty ordinary bike that just has pizza paraphernalia on it.

Training Bike

OldschoolSkis

Another really cool one here. This Relic can be found in Grand Teton, Cascade Canyon, and is called "Cascade Canyon" when you approach it. It's an exercise bike that is constantly spinning no matter how much you move. It's a pretty funny inclusion, honestly.

Grandpa Bike

GrandpaBike

This relic, the Grandpa Bike, can be found in Yosemite Valley, where it's marked as "Yosemite Chapel".

This bike has a sweet little basket on the front and that's about it.

Destroyed Bike

DestroyedBike

This aptly-named Relic can be found in Zion, Pine Creek and is known as "Emerald Pool". You can find this bike floating in the river, although upon actually riding it you'll find it's not all that destroyed after all. That's false advertising if you ask me.

Folding Bike

FoldingBike

The Folding Bike Relic can be found in Canyonlands, Arches Valley, where it's referred to as "Arches Valley". This is a tiny bike that can apparently be folded, although you don't get to do that in-game. Instead, it just looks like a very small bike.

Adventure Bike

AdventureBike

This relic, called "Colorado River" can be found in Canyonlands, Colorado River: The Slide. You'll find this bike near the side of the river, and it has a bunch of adventure gear on the sides.

You'll never get to use them, but it's nice to pretend.
